2- Consume Chyawanprash – (Ayurvedic preparation using herbs) Since it is the rainy season, you must eat Chyawanprash. Ayurveda considers Chyawanprash to be very beneficial.

It is a type of medicine that protects you from many types of infections. You can eat a teaspoon of Chyawanprash with milk every night. In mild cold cough, Chyawanprash helps in providing relief.

3- Steam inhalation- As soon as rain arrives, the first thing people suffer from is cough and cold.

To prevent this problem, you must practice steam inhalation. Inhaling steam opens blocked nose and also reduces the inflammation of the respiratory tract.

You can also take steam with plain water or add some drops of tea tree oil, eucalyptus oil, lemongrass oil, clove oil in the water.

A sore throat and tightness in the chest will also be relieved by steam.

4- Adopt these home remedies if you have a cough or cold.

If you have a cough or cold, consume cloves. Grind some cloves and mix it with honey and eat it 2-3 times a day.

This will give you a lot of relief in cough. If you have cough and cold you can also drink tea made of basil and ginger.

This is extremely beneficial. If you want, you can also add jaggery to this tea instead of sugar.
